Organizational Effectiveness Inventory (OEI®)
Developed by Dr. Robert A. Cooke of Human Synergistics International, the OEI® provides valid, reliable data on the structures, systems, technologies and skills that shape your culture, and shows which of them to change.
How it works
The OEI® is a standardized inventory that takes about 20 minutes to complete. It assesses outcomes at the individual, group and organizational levels, and the internal factors that act as levers for cultural transformation.
Results are shown as charts and tables that compare your organization with historical averages and Constructive benchmarks from Human Synergistics research. They can be broken down by division, department or other subgroup.
