About the program

Gain experience as an Agile PeopleOps team member and serve as a change champion in talent acquisition. Covers the fundamentals of Agile, Scrum, Lean and Scrumban.

A Certified Talent Champion partners with their Talent Leader, leaders and stakeholders to visualize hiring workflows, optimize talent acquisition value streams, improve the candidate and hiring-manager experience and foster hiring agility.

Sessions are highly interactive, with mini-assignments throughout.

Attend the course
2 days × 5 hours, live and instructor-led. Attend every session and take part in the discussions and activities.
Apply your learning
Chart a Scrumban workflow for a real or hypothetical hiring initiative, then debrief it with your instructor.
Get certified
Submit the final version of your capstone and pass the online exam with 70% or more.
